You’re probably rolling your eyes, considering how airport restaurants and kiosks are bombarded with junk food. These healthy gems are hidden in those same spots. Nuts

Instead of grabbing the greasy potato chips that people commonly buy at airports, try nuts. Many airport stores sell peanuts, almonds, pistachios, and even trail mixes with nuts and chocolate.

Fruit in an airport is not just for decoration. – The issue is that you just never think of buying them. Well, common airport fruits like oranges, apples, and bananas are good choices when it comes to eating healthy on the go.

Fruits contain vital nutrients like folate and potassium; they also contain fiber, which reduces the risk of health issues such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease. Fruits are also lower in calories, fat, and sodium than other snacks.

Sandwiches

Generally, oatmeal is packed with several health benefits when eaten regularly. However, having a one-off oatmeal snack fills you with essential nutrients and stabilizes your blood sugar. These days, oatmeal is easy to find at airports.
